Tcl/Tk for Programmers

Prerequisites
Programming experience in a structured language (C, C++, Java, Cobol, Perl) is required.


Skills
Upon completion of this course, the student will:
Understand basic Tcl/Tk programming concepts
Be able to create interactive Tcl/Tkl scripts by using scalar, array and associative array variables
Be able to use conditional expressions in flow control structures to produce structured Tcl/TK scripts
Be able to control the filesystem and processes via a Tcl/Tk script
Be able to create GUI-based applications with TK
